Contacts in CRM are the core components around which all your CRM activities revolve. 

A contact can be an individual, an organization, or household. Each contact record stores essential information and can be customized to meet the unique needs of your organization.

Types of Contacts:

  2. Organizations: These could be companies, partner organizations, or groups you interact with.

  3. Households: This type groups individuals living at the same address, useful for family-based interactions.
