Kansas

Kentucky

Louisiana

Mississippi

  • Early in-person voting begins: 45 days before Election Day for eligible absentee voters.
  • Early in-person voting ends: 3 days before Election Day at 12 p.m. for eligible absentee voters.


Missouri

  • Early in-person voting begins: Missouri offers in-person no-excuse absentee voting at locations designated by local county election authorities starting the second Tuesday before Election Day. A qualifying photo ID is required to vote by no-excuse absentee ballot in person.
