Church Liaison — Precinct Team

Objective:
Church Liaison The Church Liaison serves as the primary connection between the precinct and local faith-based communities, focusing on building strong relationships, encouraging civic engagement, and providing training and resources to church leaders and members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with pastors, church leaders, and faith-based organizations within the precinct.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact between the precinct team and local churches, sharing important updates, events, and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Training & Education: Organize and lead training sessions for church leaders and volunteers on civic involvement, voter education, and community outreach.
  • Event Coordination: Partner with churches to host events such as voter registration drives, community forums, and information sessions.
  • Resource Distribution: Ensure churches receive materials related to civic education, upcoming elections, and precinct activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other precinct team members to align faith-based outreach with broader community engagement strategies.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Gather feedback from church leaders on community needs and relay insights to the precinct team for better support and planning.
