Ownership of Content

Advocates Hub, LLC (“AH”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides a portal through which various political actors and parties (“Third-Party Users”) may post their own content about candidates and political issues (the “Services”).  The views expressed by Third-Party Users are not the views of AH, and any endorsement of any political candidate or political position taken by any Third-Party Users are the endorsement and views of such Third-Party Users.  AH does not comment, audit, review or take any party in expressing, restricting or editing any of the content provided by Third-Party Users.  AH is merely a neutral platform that provides the Services to Third-Party Users to express their own content.  AH is not in any way affiliated or associated with any Third-Party Users, other than to the extent such Third-Party Users have entered into a contract with AH with regard to their use of the Services.

Contributions

AH facilitates the collection of donations from users of the Services to Third-Party Users.  To cover the costs of AH’s operations, AH takes a small percentage of the monies donated (currently, 1% plus credit card processing fees) and then forwards the balance to the corresponding Third-Party User.  By making a contribution through any website operated by AH, you understand that such donation is not being made to AH, and the relationship between you and the chosen Third-Party User (i.e., a political party or candidate) is exclusive between you and such Third-Party User, and AH is only playing the role of a neutral processor of any such donations.
